As y'all know, I'm currently in a phase of transition.
Transitioning to being a mom.
Transitioning to a world that isn't limited by the Monday-Friday, 7:00-4:00 schedule of public education.
Transitioning to the possibilities this new lifestyle can have for me.
And that includes transitioning the blog into something a little more.
While I've already added teaching functional fitness classes into my weekly schedule (Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00 p.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Corsicana YMCA) and am nearly finished with an ebook I cannot WAIT to share with y'all in the next week or so, I wanna know how I can better serve y'all in the weeks and months to come.
Loads of y'all have approached me about everything from paleo meal deliveries for you and your family to online fitness coaching to being your personal chef to general wellness consulting.
While the kitchen is my happy place and spending time preparing healthy meals for my family and friends is part of my love language, I fear the satisfaction and joy would be quickly sucked away if all I did everyday was cook and deliver meals to y'all.
Plus, I am a new mom and home cook, so I lack the time and equipment and facilities to crank out 30 pounds of grassfed Thai meatballs or 400 protein peanut butter cups.
At my house, there's no nanny, maid, chef, or personal assistants roaming around. Just me and baby daddy once he gets home from work.
Which I why I'm leaning toward offering some type of service that I could do largely online that still serves y'all's health goals and needs.
Longterm, I see myself offering 1- an at-home fitness platform targeted toward busy moms (thus having postpartum issues), 2- weekly meal plans and shopping lists, 3- general health and wellness coaching and accountability.
In fact, a personal training certification may be on my plate next...how fun!!!
I'm here for y'all.
I want to serve and inspire and motivate y'all to be the better versions of yourselves that you, your family, and everyone else around you deserves.
But y'all know there are only so many hours in the day...
So, the big question is, how can I serve you best first?
I'm eager to add LOADS of subscription services to my HHT platform, but I gotta start somewhere.
