What. Is. Up. Y’all?
I can hardly believe this is my last Friday of my summer vacation. But, am I kinda getting antsy in the pantsy, eager to get some new minds for molding? You betcha.
I just remember my compromise with myself. Going back to work=cooler weather+college football. I’m good with that.
Let's start the weekend of right with a few things I'm into this week!
1. Dad Is Fat

One night this week, I was desperate for a frozen treat. I ripped open my freezer to find my hoards of frozen fruit I keep on hand for smoothies. In went frozen mango, frozen blackberries, coconut water, lemon juice and zest. Ermurgurd. I’m now on a quest to keep concocting summery, all-fruit sorbets. Next week, I’m thinkin raspberries…
5. Workout Jams
This week, I've been rocking more techno-y tunes. Don't knock em til you try em.
