Hey hey hey, you fabulous human being, you! Hopefully, your week is off to a solid start. If not, you only have a few days until a LONG WEEKEND! You’ve got it!
There are some weeks that as I’m heading into Wal-Mart early Saturday morning to avoid the crowds and getting bombarded by my students, I wonder if I will stop finding cool stuff at Wal-Mart that supports a healthy lifestyle. But Wolly World knows the market is changing, and consumers are wanting more and more clean, transparent products.
Keep it up, Wal-Mart, cause you continue to impress me week after week.
So here’s my round-up this week. No theme to it this time, just some foods that will keep the scale in balance and your taste buds entertained. Plus, Wal-Mart, whether you like it or not, is a fantastic way to stick to a budget while staying healthy.
