After three weeks of this Wal-Mart hiatus, we are back in business peeps!
Between traveling to Knoxville to road trippin’ with my mom from TN to TX, I hadn’t had a normal weekend here at home since mid-December. While I’ve loved my break from the routine, it’s also nice to get back into my normal routine.
Since Saturday was so freakin’ cold here in North Central Texas (wind chill of 7, no I’m not forgetting the tens place), Wal-Mart was fantastically deserted, thus providing me with plenty of unrushed, uncrowded Wal-Marting. Did I run into at least one student? Of course! It wouldn’t be a trip to Wal-Mart without that!
Lots of y’all have told me you plan on dedicating your year to a healthier you, which is FABULOUS!
Remember, even Wal-Mart can help keep you nourished and on target. And remember, Wal-Mart is also LOADED with traps that would certainly derail you (i.e. red velvet Oreos, 15 different types of Pop Tarts, frozen deep fried twinkies, something I presume to be a pizza/quesadilla hybrid called the Pizzadilla).
Step away from the Pizzadilla, and just stick with my recommendations!
