Well howdy, folks!
How ya doin this fabulous midweek morn?
Hopefully, you are doing and feeling fantastic. If not, remember to dig deep, take a deep breath, and ask Him for a little help through the day. He’s got your back; just ask Him for some strength.
This past weekend, I spent the majority of my Saturday (10 a.m.-10:30 p.m.) in SEC football heaven. Traveling to Kyle Field, tailgating, watching the marathon of a game, and traveling on back…super exhausting day both emotionally and physically…I’ll share the full recap of my day and how I stayed Paleo throughout the entire day on Friday. Stay tuned.
Anyways, with that said, I had to shift my grocery shopping from Saturday morning to Sunday morning. As someone who’s not a rookie grocery shopper, I knew better than to set foot into Wal-Mart after church. Nuh uh, not happening. That’s why I zipped out there Sunday morning to have a peaceful, relaxed grocery shopping. Now, did I still run into at least one student while there? Of course! But I still enjoyed the zen-like experience of pre-church grocery shopping.
Hopefully, a few of the treats I found this week will make there way into your grocery buggie this week or weekend.
