Ah Wednesday, that bittersweet day of the week when I know I’ve made it halfway through the hustle and bustle of wrangling third graders, the day when I start seeing their little light bulbs start to flicker and glow as they start to get when I’ve been teaching all week (okay, not all of them flicker, I’m not a miracle-maker here).
I notice by Wednesday, bedtime needs to be a little earlier, and I may need a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir or both to celebrate making it this far through the week.
As always, I’ve got a scoop of Paleo-friendly finds from Wal-Mart to help you stick to your financial and health goals this week and month. I’ve even slipped in something for your mental sanity, too, which is an all important part of the overall health picture.
