WHAT'S UP BUTTERCUP?
Life is all good here. Don't let that angelic mug fool you...this kiddo has been kicked out of the YMCA nursery two days in a row this week.

To be fair to this little nugget, he has been spiking a temperature about once a day, bringing about these meltdowns.
When I run a temp, I feel like shooshoo, too, little man. I understand.
On top of teething, we have been without A.C. for nearly two weeks resulting in our continued nomad status...I think my son is becoming more at home in his pack-n-play than his actual crib.
That's life sometimes.
But can I complain?
I have a safe, cool, dry place to call home. And thousands of my fellow Texans have lost everything. From making a donation to the Red Cross to finding local businesses that are collecting clothing and toys and other supplies, consider lending a hand somehow this weekend. Every little bit helps.
Remember what I told y'all last weekend, you don't have to pull someone out of the water to rescue them.

Saturday: SQUATERday at Oak Grove, Lousiana's fine establishment, Freedom Fitness
6 Rounds (starting at 95, building to 115) - 5 back squats, 10 curtsy lunges, 15 sumo squats, 20 weighted sit-ups (20)
Walking: 3.7 miles
Sunday: 2 Mile Sprinting Intervals+10 Minute Cardio AMRAP
For the intervals, I sprinted/ran 30 seconds, walked 30 seconds for 2 miles.
10 Minute AMRAP- 10 hop scotch burpees, 10 rolling V-ups

Tuesday: Queenax Playtime+Grip Strength Circuit
20 Minutes running through my programming for my first Queenax class
21-15-9 Goblet squats (25), toes-to-bar (click here for tutorial), sumo deadlift high pulls (45)
Walking: 5 miles
Wednesday: Led Queenax Boost Class at Corsicana YMCA (12:00 p.m.)
Walking: 4.5 miles
Thursday: Lucky 7's Side Boob Burner
7 Rounds of 7- Front Squat (45>55), bicep bar row, plate thruster (35), overhead plate swings (35), steering wheels (25, click here to see those in action)
Walking: 4 miles
Friday: Bringin Sexy Back
25-20-15-10-5: Deadlifts (95>115), single-leg dumbbell deadlifts (20>30), overhead swings (25>35), back extension (25)
Walking: 3 miles
