Good morning, y'all! I love Saturday mornings- sipping coffee, watching The Pioneer Woman, going to the Farmer's Market...good stuff.
I've got my week's worth of workouts to share with you lovely people this morning. Remember, if there's something you're unsure about, just Google it. Being a do-it-yourself Crossfitter, I do this all the time!
No matter what your workouts look like, just remember that everyday you chose to move is a day you have bettered your health and longevity! Just keep movin!

Monday- My husband tells me we have to leave for Dallas in an hour workout-

DT= 12 deadlifts (95 lb), 9 hang power cleans (45 lb), 6 push press (45 lb)
