Helllloooo there weekenders! Boy, am I glad to see you!
While I absolutely love traveling, it’s not my favie to be getting back into my house at 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday night after being gone for a week. I always feel like I’m just a little behind all week. You know the feeling?
Nonetheless, once I ripped that bandaid off that is Monday morning, it was wonderful to get back into the swing of routine life in Corsicana. I’m a creature that thrives on routine and schedules.
Anyways, I’ve got BIG plans this weekend; my halls need decking, my tree needs trimming, and my kitchen floors are most certainly on the naughty list at the moment. Throw in some walks around my neighborhood ogling at Christmas lights, cooking and, just maybe, some Christmas wrapping and I’ll be one happy little pregnant lady.
Whatever you’ve got planned this weekend, I sure hope it’s merry and bright!
Speaking of merry and bright, I’d say those are the best two adjectives to describe how I’ve been feeling lately. At 25 weeks pregnant, I feel fantastic. I really appreciate all of the positive feedback and encouragement from y’all about my pregnancy so far. While everyday is a new adventure, I’m absolutely loving this experience, including my pregnant workouts.

8 Minute AMRAPS- Complete one series for 8 minutes before moving onto the next one.
AMRAP 1- 10 push-ups, 15 step-ups each leg, 20 lunges each leg (45 lb)
AMRAP 2- 20 benchpress (45 lb), 15 front squat (45 lb), 5 man makers (20 lb each hand)
AMRAP 3- 10 overhead swings (25), 15 front squats (45 lb), 20 (45 lb) rows (10 forward grip, 10 opposite grip)
Tuesday: Zumba Boogie Time at Shall We Dance
Wednesday: How Quickly Can I Break a Sweat so I Can Go Buy My Christmas Tree Workout
Warm-Up- 1.5 mile jog

50 back squats, 10 pushups
40 lunges, 10 WB
30 plie, 10 pushups
20 pistons 10 WB
10 one-legged squat jumps, 10 pushups
