Well hey there SATURDAY!
I feel like you were just here, but I'm so glad you're back.
Saturdays= Wal-Mart, workout, football, friends.
No alarms, no make-up necessary, and bonus points if I can get in some house cleaning, blogging, or kitchen galavanting.
This past week was pretty routine, which I love and prefer. My little people also seemed much better this week due to the normalcy. Do you notice the same thing in your life and with your little people?
Anywho, I've got my workouts for y'all in case you want any ideas for new workouts or if you just like copying what someone else has already written. Personally, I love snagging workouts Pinterest, other bloggers, or gyms. At the end of my day, when all I've done is bark marching orders, it's really gratifying to just follow someone else's directions for a change. As always, let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
