And here in Texas, it sure is sunshiny.
What happened to that crisp, autumnal chill that had me bursting out the canned pumpkin, causing me to debate pulling out the Halloween decorations, and even led me to this…
That pumpkin is going to have to enjoy the chill of the air conditioning for now seeing as we are back in the mid-90s for at least the forseeable future.
Nonetheless, I’m hard at work preparing for PUMPKINPALOOZA 2017.
If you’ve been with me since last fall, you would remember how I deemed every Tuesday in fall Pumpkin Tuesday, featuring a new pumpkintastic baked good, beverage, small bite, etc…
I’ve also been LOVING my new fitness class- Queenax Boost.
It’s a vastly difference fitness approach from what I typically do throughout the week (i.e. Crosffit-style conditioning, kickboxing, cardio dance). It incorporates way more balance, coordination, core, and agility all with just a giant swing-like apparatus.
It’s kinda like a plyometric pilates class.
And it’s only 30 minutes (that’s warm up, work-out, and stretching).
If you live in my hood, come play with me Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. at the Corsicana YMCA. Childcare is free, so your little friends can come play with my little McNugget. Not a member?
