Good morning from OG, y'all! I have the privilege of spending Labor Day weekend with my sister from a different mister and her fabulous family. Seriously peeps, I love these people. It's cool to be people that aren't related to me by blood by feel like my own family. Cool stuff, y'all. I'm blessed by the amazing people God continues to surrounds me with.
So workouts of the week...I had so much more energy and time this week. First week of school vs. second week of school are two totally different animals. I'm finally getting to really teach content, not just rules and feelings.
Whatever y'all are up to this weekend, I hope you get to make some time for you and your health. Whether it is taking a walk, getting in a jog, or just a quick sweat-session, I hope you can prioritize you a little bit. You deserve it.
