Hey hey party people! I'm so excited to be blogging from Louisiana, celebrating my brother-in-law and his gorgeous, sweet bride. You better believe I led them in a little wedding day workout this morning. This bride and I are two fitness peas in a pod, both wanting a solid sweat before saying I do (I did a Zumba class on my wedding morning).
On such busy, stressful days like this, I think a little exercise can help manage your stress, relieve nervous energy, and actually energize you (sounds counterintuitive, I know). We have a BIG day ahead, and I love knowing I was able to help destress the bride. As a bridesmaid, I have the burden of keeping the bride cool while consuming vast quantities of champagne...rough life, huh?
Sunday- rest day, 3 mile walk in neighborhood

Wednesday- 5 rounds- 5 push press (bar only), 5 pull-ups, 10 push ups, 10 box burpees
