This class lasted 65 minutes. Feel free to use pieces of Shawna’s craziness, or challenge yourself with the whole thing. I don’t recommend eating a burrito before taking it on. You will be winded, and if you are lucky, you will be nauseous. This workout had me like-
Cycle 1- Outside in humid parking lot
Repeat Cycle 2 (I did 4.5 rounds)
Repeat Cycle 1 in sweaty parking lot until torrential downpour makes you move into gym
Cycle 3- Run back up to Attic.
2 minute wall-sit
Friday- 12 Days of Summer Fitness (inspired by Shawna)
Saturday- Tones in 25 in beach house driveway
Stay active. Be well. Make joyful choices.
