Gotta love a houseplant that is nearly impossible to kill. These adorable succulent arrangements are a perfect way to add a little greenery to your office or home without worrying about killing it.
2. 2 Pound Organic Pink Lady Apples
Surprise, surprise- I found apples. Pink ladies, like the Honeycrisp, are a lovely combination of sweet and tart, and they're always firm and juicy. They are one of my go-to apples all year round.
3. Steamed and Peeled Baby Beets
As someone who is about to have a WHOLE LOT LESS time to cook in about one month, I love these already cooked beets. They last for months unopened and make for an effortless side or salad.
4. Japanese Sweet Potatoes
With a purple skin and creamy, slightly more starchy inside than a typical sweet potato, these Japanese potatoes are the jam. Baked whole or as fries, you cannot go round with a bag or three of these.
5. Organic Steel Cut Oats
With oats being a common new mama food for its lactation-boosting properties (sorry men folk), I eagerly tossed a few canisters of these in my cart. As I've confessed all winter, nothing is more comforting to me than a bowl of old-fashioned oatmeal.
6. Balsamic Vinegar
From the basic balsamic pictures here to two upgraded, more aged varieties, I always have a few bottles of this at my house to use as a quick salad dressing with a drizzle of flavored olive oil.
7. Roasted Plantain Chips
Holy paleo plantain snack! These are tasty. Slightly salty and seasoned, these little suckers can rock a bowl of guacamole's world.
8. Pumpkin EVERYTHING!
Sigh...pumpkin everything season...glad to see you again. How I've missed y'all. Did I buy several boxes of some of the gluten-free pumpkin snackies (Pumpkin Soup Crackers...life-changing)? I sure did and I'm not ashamed of it.
9. Goat Milk Brie
My two favorite cheeses have finally produced their own love child, and it's a beautiful, beautiful romance. Sliced up with some gluten-free crackers and fig preserves (or #12 on my list) and you've got yourself an appetizer, snack, or dinner.
10. Grass-fed Cheddar
While in the cheese aisle, I couldn't help but stumble upon some of their grass-fed cheeses. I am a sucker for a sharp cheese. Cubed up with some green apple slices, I'm one happy camper.
11. Mixed Nut Butter
Woah nelly, I can't even...I have no words. Buy some. The end.
12. Raw Himalayan Honey
Not only is this honey scrumptious drizzled over cheese, yogurt, and oatmeal, it is also organic, raw, and fair trade.
