In case y’all haven’t noticed, I just happen to be a walking oxymoron; I love food and eating AND I love fitness and sweating.
My hobbies include two hour Zumba class the day after Thanksgiving, back squatting, and trying new group exercise classes as well as discovering inventive types of almond butter at Central Market, perfecting my eggnog recipe, and making my own granola…one part foodie, one part fitnessista…it is possible.
For those of you who know someone like me who will never turn down a hike in the mountains or say no to a kickboxing class, I’ve got a round-up of fitness-themed gifts to satisfy the Soul Cycling, LuluLemon obsessed person in your life this Christmas season.

3. Nike 2.0 Lightweight Arm Band
Let's be real. These armbands are something all fitness enthusiasts already have, yet, based on my personal experience, I can attest these things need to be replaced at least once a year. They get, for lack of better description, sick nasty. I love how comfortable this one is, plus the silver reflector adds a safety edge to it. For only $25, you could go ahead and get one for yourself, too. Click on the pic for the Amazon link.
4. Ponytail Headband/Ear-warmer
Even for y'all Texans, it can get icy and frigid, if only for six days of the winter. Nonetheless, outdoor walks and jogs are much more comfortable with ear-warmers, especially one like this that's sweat absorbent and has a whole for your ponytail. These headbands are only $14 and come in this pink, lime, and black.
5. Origins Charcoal Mask
If you have a friend or family member that enjoys getting in a good sweat, this would be a thoughtful, much appreciated gift for their skin. This pore mask will rejuvenate and remove excess oil and dirt that causes blackheads, whiteheads, and acne. Clearer skin for just $30? Not a bad deal. Just click on the image for the link.
6. Columbia Mix It Around Vest
In 9 different colors, this vest is perfect for chilly jogs and wintery walks. They're water-resistant and machine-washable. I like how they provide extra insulation without being too bulky, which can make me feel like a running marshmallow. Click on the picture to get the link!
7. Eating Evolved Coconut Butter Cups Sample Pack
When it comes to stocking stuffer candy, health nuts usually won't settle for the typical handful of Hershey's. These coconut butter cups are sugar free, soy free, dairy free, vegan, and paleo. This sample pack provides your favorite fitnessista with mint, classic, and caramel cups for $20 for six! That boils down to about $3/package, which is a solid deal!
