In my mixed bag of Martha Stewart-esque skills, DIY crafts are at the bottom of my skill set.

I can manage my own French manicure, get stains out of my bathtub, revive pathetic lantanas, and even make my own bone broth...but anything involving buttons, needles, thread, or other sewing accessories is downright intimidating and horrifying to me.
So if I can make this DIY workout top, just about anyone can!
In addition, as I do every week, I've got my pregnancy-friendly workouts for y'all to check out.
Before we get to the workout, let's do a little crafting. All you need is the following: one tshirt (preferably a little on the large rather than small side), scissors, 10 minutes
Step 1: Select T-Shirt
Step 2: Go Sleeveless
Step 3: Add a V-Neck
Step 4: Add a Plunging Backline
Step 5: Make a Long String from Edges of Sleeves (knotted together)
Step 6: Pinch Top of Sleeves Together
Step 7: Knot Noodle to Straps so Tied Together and Start Wrapping
Step 8: Wrap It Up
Step 9: Adjust as Needed (I had to cut a little more in the underarm to accommodate my growing chest region...thanks son)
Hopefully, you've got a t-shirt or two floating around that are dying for a little makeover. I've done this with 5K and half marathon t-shirts, but clearly you can use whatever you have lying around or find for $5 at Wal-Mart...

Let me know if you have any questions about the t-shirt tank process! I'm happy to give you more details on any step. I just didn't want to get too wordy on that part.
Have a FABULOUS weekend, y'all. Keep movin with joy and be well! See y'all on Halloween!
